Intro session 1
* Discuss your history, goals, and learn how we will work together.
* Take measurements to asses your body composition.
* Go through a light 30-minute workout designed to show how you move so I may best design your programming.

If buying an introductory package, following sessions will include foam rolling instruction, workout fundamentals and exercises particular to your needs.
